The resilient bones supporting the primary dentition often results in a dental displacement rather than damage to the hard tissues. The root fractures are seldom observed in posterior teeth of this dentition. Fractured teeth treatment results in complications during final restoration. The aim of the present report was to describe the diagnosis, treatment, and a 4-week follow-up of an unusual case of uncomplicated root fracture in a upper first primary molar with a fracture line that is often difficult to diagnose in a 6-year-old boy caused by stress induced occlusal trauma from a tooth coloured restorative dental material.
The world has locked down during the Corona virus crisis from late 2019. This caused fear, anxiety and depression among the public. In this scenario, media and social media played an important role to provide health education about the precautions and awareness about the infectious disease. This review aimed to study the impact of communication technique used for the application of the health education theories on disease control and prevention. Secondary data was used to write the review by doing word search in various search engines. Social learning theory along with social marketing technique of communication play a major role in providing information to the public during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Ayurveda is considered as science of life belongs from traditional therapy of Indian civilization. Ayurveda encompasses various theories related to the health and well based on scientific and logical practices. The concept of Oja is one such theory of ayurveda which is considered as fundamental concept of disease prevention and health maintenance. Ojas balances nutrients inside the body, boost Dhatus, maintain normal physiological functioning of body and imparts power to resist disease pathogenesis. Oja gives positive strength to the body and contributes towards Vyadhikshamatva. Therefore depletion in Ojas leads abandonment of life including infections. The balancing state of Ojas reduces susceptibility towards the infectious diseases thus it is important to boost Ojas for avoiding prevalence of current pandemic infections. Present article described role of Ojas in prevention of pandemic infections.

Ashtanga Ayurveda consists of eight branches of Ayurveda in which Agadtantra has its own specialty. Agadtantra is one of the important branch which deals with the poisons of various types such as Garavisha, Dooshivisha etc. This branch deals with the study and treatment of poisons of Sthavara Visha (animate) and Jangama Visha (inanimate nature). Vita are poisonous substance which disturb the proper functioning of the body and can also lead to death. To treat the adverse effects of poison and to reduce the toxicity, antitoxic agents are used. Prativisha Chikitsa is a very ancient knowledge of treatment which deals with the usage of toxic substance in the form of antitoxic agents to treat various types of poisoning. Visha has several properties such as Aashu, Laghu and Vyavayi etc. Thus Prativisha make use of such properties and Visha Dravyas of opposite action to that of the poison consumed is used for the treatment. If any person has consumed Sthavara Visha then he should be given Jangama Visha but if the person is bitten by snake or any other poisonous animal then he should be given Sthavara Visha for the treatment. Hence, antidote of poison is itself a poison whose details are mentioned in various Ayurvedic literatures by the scholars.
The Objective of the study was to formulate and evaluate Polymeric micelles (PMs) containing Lacidipine, an Antihypertensive agent by Thin Film Hydration Technique. Historical data design Suggested that the amounts of 4mg of Lacidipine and 60mg of pluronic F127 and particle size DL and EE obtained for the optimized formulation was 15nm, 20.23% and 94.01% respectively. Scanning Electron Microscopy image showed uniform sized spherical micelles. Percentage cumulative Drug release from the Optimum formulation (F7) was 98.24% for 12hrs. The Release kinetics for most of the formulations followed korsmeyer peppas model and followed Non Fickian diffusion mechanism and the optimsed formulation F7 was stable for 3 months. It can be concluded that Lacidipine PMs formulation has significantly showed prolonged release of the drug up to 12hrs and the Drug was formulated successfully into Polymeric micelle forms by thin fil hydration technique.

The aim of the present study was to determine and characterize the clinical, hematological, biochemical parameters and outcome in cows suffering from Traumatic reticuloperitonitis (TRP). Forty-six cattle suffering from TRP and fifteen clinically healthy cows were included in this study. All the cases were submitted to the Veterinary Teaching Hospital (VTH), Omar Al-Mukhtar University, Libya during the period from 2009 to 2019. For each case, history, age, results of clinical examination, hematological and biochemical findings were recorded and analyzed. Clinical examination of cattle with TRP reveals anorexia, fever, drop of milk yield, reduced of rumen motility, an increase of heart rate and recurrent rumen tympany. Laboratory findings reveals significance increase of packed cell volume, total leucocyte counts, plasma fibrinogen and total protein in comparison to healthy cows, while a non-significant difference of total erythrocyte counts, urea and total bilirubin were recorded. Glutaraldehyde test showed reduced clotting time less than 6 min in 45% cattle with TRP. Ruminal fluid analysis reveals significance increase of pH value and MBRT. Forty three (93%) cattle were discharged home for further observation.12 months after discharge, 36 cows (78%) were at their home farm and utilized performed normally. It is suggested that clinical examination, hematological, biochemical and ruminal analysis could be useful in diagnosis and treatment of Traumatic reticuloperitonitis.

The author in the present manuscript reflectively attempts to review the voluminous anatomical contribution of Islamic literature essentially pre-Vesalius era. Modern medicine has reached amazing heights and there have been handful of discoveries in human anatomy off late which have overturned historical reads and unravelled new perspectives in the world of human anatomy. The power of new [microscopy and imaging] technologies to give deeper insight even in our own basic human anatomy and makes us realize that there are secrets we have not quite deciphered and are waiting for us to be explored. The author cumulates, diverse discoveries dating back as early the 7th century till date by adding his own recent discovery and stimulate readers thinking that these discoveries are the start, rather than the end, of a developing view of the human body along with raising awareness on under reported literature on pre Vesalius Muslim scholars of human anatomy.
